Today is the Sabbath for some but I won't be going to a synagogue. I watched a film "An American pickle" earlier. It's about a Polish Jew who gets pickled for 100 years and meets his grandson. The actor plays both parts and does them well, especially the Polish peasant's accent and mannerisms. Not thinking of anyone in particular.
Here is the latest News about the weather.
GALES HIT THE CAPITAL
Drivers are warned to take care on the roads this weekend. Police are blocking the left lane of the motorway owing to spray and breaking waves.
Power outages have been reported and one event and a school was closed.
Wainuiomata road is open but newspapers may be soggy, branches on old trees may break off.
Moera will have some surface flooding and roofs should be secured with heavy weights.
Thorndon residents should secure the tops of their rubbish bins and lock their cars.
Conditions to ease later today.
Having fun isn't really important.

Here's a good definition of bullshit.

It might pay to get over to Richard's blog and answer the silly questions that he's posted under the guise of a quiz. You know how anxious he gets when no-one comments on his posts and (your) Lord knows we shouldn't upset frustrated schoolteachers and mailmen. Just look at the USA statistics on that.
ReplyDeleteTC obviously has yet another new blogging specialist - Wayne Kerr.
ReplyDeleteOh, I forgot to add that, like those American maniacs his sense of humour is suspect.
