The new catchcry of the queer community is "defy definitions!".
Winston Peters has upset some people by accusing some of "rent-a-crowd" and a few want to take him to court! So it goes.
This has lead to the strange situation of them offering him a way out by donating $100 to their organization but taking a lawyer to court doesn't sound wise. It's like challenging a native to a fight in the jungle. He's going to win. Pronoun intentional.
I think you will agree that definitions matter. I gave the example of the carnage of young New Zealanders because they are not defined as human beings while in their mummies tummies, in a previous post. I don't know how the law has decided when a baby becomes human. It was probably a utilitarian thing that suited a female prime minister. I remember the last one saying 5 months, which seems odd for a woman, you'd think they would be aware of something living in their womb. I bet she didn't say to the guy she lived with suddenly "its five months, now we are going to have a baby dear".
As Jesus said "...life means more than food and clothing".
I wouldn't embrace a croissant, rather maybe some salmon on a muffin with poached egg and spinach.
