Day 5

My foot is still tender to walk on unaided. The moon boot is a definite help. Its clever design enables either the use of the front or back half of the pes. I prefer the metatarsal rather than talas as my hindfoot calcaneum has the small fracture and ecchymosis and contusion.

I had a good night asleep but waking up early watched a movie on Netflex called 'the flight'. It is about an alcoholic pilot who saves a stricken jet liner by flying upside down.

Nothing planned today except mid-day Mass. I think I'll use a free hour of power at 7am to dry my washing and warm the house.

Have fun and be safe (the computer prompted that). It'll do and is pertanent.

  1. I'm pleased to har that your foot is on the mend but not of your taste in films. You and Richard share an interest in that I guess.
Speaking of Richard, I see that he has re-linked your blog to his. How lucky is that?

  2. I popped in and saw Rob today. I was worried about his obsession with Haydn cello concertos.

Have you locked the front door?
