He had slept well, woken only by an alarm, after watching a move the previous evening, The movie had been about dinasaurs, Jerausic Park secule. It had told the tale of a group's attempt to extract blood from three different species of the largest dinasaurs that ever lived. It had been ok. 

This morning his eyes were blurry and he felt he could use more sleep.

When he had gone to the chapel yesterday a group of women were already there reciting the Rosary. Men rarely attend. He suspected it was because the women did so mainly for an excuse to all get together afterwards and chat over coffee. Immediately after the final 'amen' they talked. Right there in the chapel. Loudly. Like they had been bursting at the seams all the time to say something. He had just carried on praying. One had invited him to the mall for coffee and more talking, but he had made an excuse.

Now he had to stop talking himself and go to work.
